We are looking for a **Networking Specialist** to provide specialized support for the organization's communications network, ensuring operational continuity through efficient infrastructure management, change execution, and adherence to departmental processes. **Work Mode:** Hybrid (3 days onsite) \- San Borja **Responsibilities** * Provide specialized support for the communications network, ensuring operational continuity through efficient processes and operations. * Develop and install network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls in on\-premise or cloud environments. * Monitor network performance and perform periodic maintenance. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software network incidents. **Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree** in Systems Engineering or related fields. * **2 years of experience** in networking or network administration. * Certifications: **Cisco CCST Networking** and **CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)**. * Experience in **implementing and administering network infrastructure in on\-premise or cloud environments**. * Knowledge of **routing (BGP, HSRP, VRRP)**. * Knowledge of **switching (VLANs, Spanning Tree)**. * Knowledge of **firewalls**. **Preferred certifications include:** * Cisco CCNP Enterprise * CompTIA Network\+ **Benefits** * Market\-competitive and timely payments * Full payroll registration * 100% covered EPS health insurance * Statutory life insurance from the first day of employment * Career development path * Pleasant work environment Work Location: Hybrid in San Borja, Lima
