AN ENGINEERING SERVICES COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AND CONTROL is seeking an OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the position. \- Experience in high-risk activities – Certification for Supervision of High-Risk Work and/or training in high-risk work. \- Knowledge of current legal regulations on occupational safety and health. \- Ability to work in **Santa Anita and Ate**, with availability to travel to **clients' facilities** as required. \- Basic / intermediate proficiency in OSH documentation (records, forms, reports, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Execution of **field-based risk prevention activities**, including inspections, supervision, and verification of working conditions. \- Monitoring compliance with **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** standards at the facility and clients' installations. \- **Completing, filling out, and maintaining up-to-date the company's internal OSH forms**, as well as **OSH forms and records required by clients.** \- Updating the IPERC Matrix for specific tasks. \- Preparing Task-Specific OSH Plans (PETS). \- Delivering inductions, training sessions, and/or pre-shift safety talks. \- Identifying hazards and verifying operational controls. \- Preparing OSH reports and field activity reports.
