Job Summary: We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive individual to ensure the punctuality and efficiency of tourism services, providing continuous support to passengers and guides. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and validate the timely departure of all tourism services 2. Provide personalized passenger assistance via WhatsApp 3. Directly support guides to ensure optimal service delivery At Rainbow Investments, we seek a highly responsible and proactive individual to join our team in Cusco. Your Primary Role: Ensure that all our tourism services depart punctually and efficiently, providing continuous support to passengers and guides. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Departure Monitoring: Supervise and validate the timely departure of all services according to the schedule. Passenger Support: Provide personalized assistance via WhatsApp based on the requirements of each program. Guide Support: Directly support guides to ensure optimal service delivery. Contingency Management: Resolve operational contingencies such as delays, itinerary changes, or adverse weather conditions. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 6 months in tourism operations, logistics, or coordination. Education: Technical diploma holders or those with incomplete studies (prior experience is valued). Languages: Basic to intermediate English proficiency. Skills: Proficiency in digital tools and high responsiveness. Conditions and Benefits: Salary: S/ 1,500 + 35% night shift bonus.
