We are looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the position of **Planning and Project Control Supervisor**, working on an important hydrocarbon sector project. The primary objective will be to lead strategic planning, schedule monitoring, and field construction cost control, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and deadlines. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineer (licensed and registered with the corresponding professional association preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of proven experience as Planning and Control Manager. * **Sector:** Mandatory experience in the **hydrocarbons sector**, including execution of projects in the **Peruvian jungle**. * **Software:** Mandatory proficiency in **MS Project** and/or **Primavera P6**. * **Methodologies:** Solid knowledge of project management under the **PMI** framework. * **Office Tools:** Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, macros, data management). ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and update the project master schedule. * Conduct physical and financial progress monitoring of works in Block 95. * Generate performance reports (S-curves, earned value analysis, KPIs). * Coordinate with operational departments to mitigate deviations from the original plan.
