Job Summary: Supports operational tasks and evidence control for the Integrated Management System, collaborating on improvements and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. CYTOMETRIC BIOSERVICES is a clinical laboratory specialized in immunophenotyping services using Flow Cytometry, with over 15 years of experience in this field. It holds ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 certifications and is currently seeking personnel to continue its growth and continuous improvement. **GENERAL FUNCTIONS** Support operational tasks and evidence control for the IMS; additionally, support the team in improvement projects and documentation. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** * Support the updating of procedures and policies. * Collaborate in data and indicator analysis. * Support compliance monitoring for ISMS and ASMS controls. * Support IMS training and inductions. * Support digital archiving of IMS documents. * Support internal operational controls. * Participate in incident and nonconformity follow-up. * Propose improvements to the team. * Perform other duties assigned by the IMS Coordinator. * Comply with IMS guidelines. * Report any suspicion of bribery acts to the Compliance Officer, as well as any suspicion of ISMS vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer. **JOB PROFILE** * **Education:** Student in final cycles (7th cycle onward) of Industrial Engineering or related fields. * **Mandatory Knowledge:** ISO Management Systems, Intermediate Excel, Data Analytics, Intermediate English. * **Desirable Knowledge:** ISO 9001:2015, ISO 37001:2025, ISO 27001:2022\. * **Minimum Experience:** None required.
