If you are passionate about applied science, product development, and making a real impact on customers, this is your opportunity to grow and leave your mark across the LATAM region. **✨ Your Mission** You will serve as the technical bridge between science and solutions: responsible for developing applications and products for the **edible oil and biodiesel purification segments**, delivering specialized technical support to both the sales team and our customers across the entire LATAM region. **What We Offer** * Be part of a global leader in specialty chemicals * Regional presence with international exposure and participation in strategic projects * Innovative and collaborative environment that values sustainability and positive impact * Professional development and career growth opportunities * Participation in projects with direct impact on customers and key LATAM markets * Work with a portfolio of high-performance chemical innovations and specialties **Responsibilities** * **Development and Innovation:** Conduct routine and investigative laboratory work, perform experiments, and actively participate in innovation projects—from laboratory scale through to commercial production * **Digital Transformation:** Implement and support digital transformation initiatives in the region, applying advanced data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence * **Technical Support:** Respond to customer sample requests and provide specialized technical support to the sales team across the entire LATAM region * **Product Portfolio:** Coordinate product scale-up processes for reformulations and new formulations in collaboration with QC/QA teams * **Quality and Compliance:** Ensure adherence to development process standards, review test methodologies, and maintain up-to-date hazardous substance records * **Knowledge Transfer:** Share technical knowledge with new colleagues and interns regarding products, procedures, and laboratory safety **Requirements** * Completed degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical laboratories * Proficiency in English and Spanish *(both required)* * Knowledge of cGMP/HACCP standards and statistical analysis software (Matlab, Minitab or Python) * Proactive profile with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and capacity to independently manage product development projects * Lean Six Sigma certification *(desirable)* **Our Offer** **Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements.** Clariant maintains a benefits policy aligned with market trends. * **Medical Insurance:** Coverage provided by Pacifico Plan «Adicional 1», according to position grade, at 90% coverage; eligible individuals include the employee and their primary family group—defined as spouse, cohabitant, and children up to age 17. * **Statutory Life Insurance:** The company provides life insurance coverage up to 32 monthly salaries for total and permanent disability due to accident and accidental death, and up to 26 monthly salaries for natural death. * **Oncology Insurance:** The company provides a collective oncology insurance plan covering the employee and their beneficiaries at 100% company-funded cost. * **Cafeteria Service:** On-site cafeteria service in Callao, with Clariant covering 92% of associated costs. * **Holiday Bonuses:** Independence Day (July) – PEN 300; Year-End (December) – PEN 810\. **Contact** Talent Acquisition Team Clariant is a Swiss\-based global specialty chemicals company, which is concentrated and developed in three business units: Care Chemicals, Catalysts and Adsorbents \& Additives.
