Graduate (from Semester 2025-I) in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related disciplines. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). Availability to work on-site in Lurín. Interest in the Operations area. Proactivity, organization, and results orientation. What will you learn? You will join the Operations area, where you can gain experience in: Resource requirements management. Recording and tracking hours in internal systems. Coordinating replacement requests according to procedures. Participating in continuous process improvement. Updating the operational staff database.
