At Inspiratus Technologies, we are looking for a Professional Supply Chain Intern to join our team and contribute to the development of sustainable production processes. What brings you closer to this position? - Bachelor's degree or Technical diploma in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Availability to work in Jíbito-Sullana / Golondrinas-Sullana from Monday to Saturday. - Immediate availability required. (MANDATORY) - Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Power BI. - Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. What will you do? Maintain documentary control of goods and/or services purchase orders registered per period. Coordinate with the logistics team on expenses incurred for purchasing goods and/or services. Coordinate travel allowance expenses and petty cash management. Maintain control and submit expense reporting forms to Accounting for registration, subject to prior approval by the Operations Management. Maintain control of purchase orders for goods and services at the Jíbito Plant. Provide support in foreign trade logistics operations. Support the immediate supervisor’s operational needs. Manage product pickups and deliveries across various operational sites. Serve as backup during assistants’ breaks or vacations. Promptly report needs, complaints, or issues to the Logistics Manager and/or Logistics Management. Provide operational and documentary support to Operations Management.
