Opportunity for growth **Job Description:** We are seeking a Quality Assistant to support the implementation, monitoring, and control of quality processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and established standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quality control activities for raw materials (litharge, silica, activated carbon, zinc dust, clay crucibles, cupels) * In accordance with organizational standards. * Manage, coordinate, and evaluate analyses of new products. * Coordinate and evaluate laboratory-level qualification of new raw materials. * Ensure and comply with criteria to guarantee product traceability at all times. * Maintain up-to-date and organized records and documentation reports for the quality department. * Evaluate crucibles through fire assay testing. * Verify and monitor each field activity, ensuring staff compliance with quality standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and POWER BI. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in dry and wet assay methods and water treatment. * Minimum 6 months’ experience performing quality control in a laboratory setting. * Knowledge of quality management systems (primarily ISO 9001\). **We Offer:** * Professional training and development. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth. * Market-competitive salary.
