Excellent working environment A prestigious real estate/construction company is seeking an **SSOMA Supervisor** to ensure compliance with the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA) during the execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to current legal regulations and internal safety, health, and environmental standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate and licensed in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience working in SSOMA within construction projects. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in elevated reservoir construction projects. * Knowledge of Standard G.050 – Safety During Construction. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health and its Regulation (Supreme Decree No. 005\-2012\-TR). * Knowledge of SSOMA Management Systems. * Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 9001 standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (desirable). * Availability to work in Villa Rosita, Picsi \- Lambayeque. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems on site. * Continuously monitor construction activities to prevent incidents and accidents. * Develop, implement, and update the project's SSOMA Plan. * Conduct inductions, safety talks, and training sessions for company personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Disseminate the SSOMA policy and applicable legal requirements for the project. * Carry out safety inspections, verifying compliance with established procedures and standards. * Supervise the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Verify correct preparation of ATS, work permits, and hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC). * Participate in accident and incident investigations, proposing corrective and preventive measures. * Supervise contractors' and subcontractors' compliance with the Safety Plan. * Coordinate with the technical department to implement preventive measures during construction planning. * Prepare and maintain the SSOMA dossier up to date. * Immediately report any injury-related accident to the Site Resident. * Halt activities when there is an imminent risk to personnel safety. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Competitive market-based salary. * Formal employment under the General Regime and other statutory benefits. * Opportunity to participate in construction projects. * Professional development and continuous training. * Excellent working environment. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Salary: S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * Please provide your mobile number and WhatsApp. * What is your academic degree? * How many years of experience do you have as an SSOMA Supervisor? * Are you available to work in Lambayeque? * What are your salary expectations?
