Maintain up-to-date documentation of the quality management system. **Quality Assistant – Food Company** **Department:** Quality Assurance / Production **Job Description** A food company is seeking a **Quality Assistant** to support the implementation, monitoring, and control of quality assurance processes within its production facility, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations and company standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform quality controls on raw materials, production processes, and finished products. * Verify compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) at the facility. * Record and report inspection and quality control results. * Support internal and external audits. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of the quality management system. * Coordinate with production teams to ensure proper application of quality procedures. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a technical or university program in **Food Quality and Process Control**, **Food Industry Engineering**, **Agroindustrial Engineering**, **Chemical Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in quality control or quality assurance (experience in the food industry preferred). * Knowledge of **GMP, HACCP, and quality control**. * Basic proficiency in Excel and report writing. * Availability to work onsite at the production facility. **Competencies** * Attention to detail * Organization and tidiness * Teamwork * Proactivity **We Offer** * Formal employment registration per company policy * Ongoing training * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: Onsite employment
