Job Summary: SEGCAL SAC is seeking a Quality Supervisor for Food Service, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with GMP and PHSS in food service. 2. Implement quality system procedures and instructions. 3. Handle complaints and issue reports. SEGCAL SAC is seeking a QUALITY SUPERVISOR for FOOD SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree, licensed professional, or engineer in Food Industries, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Bromatology, Nutrition, or related food fields. * Knowledge of GMP, SSOP, and HACCP * Participate in the implementation of GMP and PHSS * Comply with the annual training plan and measure training effectiveness. * Monitor employee compliance with duties and procedures * Supervise compliance with GMP and PHSS * Handle complaints and issue reports as needed. * Develop and implement quality system procedures and instructions * Other duties as required by the position Schedule: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.1,900.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
