Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Determined / Eventual Period Contract (fixed-term) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: 1\. Participate in Operational Risk Admission processes by evaluating initiatives at Control Committees (new products, processes, channels, third-party services, and modifications) and supporting the definition of control requirements. 2\. Record control requirements in Admission tools (Gerónimo) and manage requests for Mitigation and Control Frameworks (MMC) for critical initiatives. 3\. Support the challenge of MMC designs prepared by RCAs, ensuring critical initiatives comply with risk standards prior to approval in CARO. 4\. Provide technical advisory support to sponsors and RCAs throughout the Operational Risk Admission workflow, guiding implementation of appropriate controls and associated requirements for each initiative. 5\. Monitor RCAs’ submission of required controls and MMCs requested at Control Committees, ensuring timely compliance. 6\. Validate evidence submitted by RCAs regarding fulfillment of control requirements and grant approval for subsequent initiative approval. 7\. Support validation of evidence submitted by RCAs concerning justification for implementation of controls defined in the initiative’s Control Framework and grant approval for subsequent initiative approval. 8\. Define and record conditions (blocking and non-blocking) in MIGRO when control requirements are not covered by the sponsor, prior to CARO approval and in coordination with the RCA. 9\. Respond to requests from the Holding Specialist (Processes), providing supporting information for challenging Tier 1 local initiatives during approval instances (CCARO). 10\. Monitor resolution of conditions established in CARO, ensuring timely submission of justifications by RCAs. 11\. Generate on-demand reports to track the Operational Risk Admission workflow within their area of expertise. 12\. Perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor.
