Desirable: -Experience in telephone sales of services or products related to electronic invoicing, marketing, and/or sales and inventory systems. Main Responsibilities: -Make calls to potential customers (all leads are interested—we only call those who have requested information) -Clearly and persuasively present the features of our systems and/or products. -Profile customers, identify needs, handle objections, and drive effective closures. -Maintain an organized record of interactions and opportunities. -Complete necessary internal processes and follow up with new customers during their first days. -Contribute ideas to optimize commercial processes and improve conversion rates.
