Participate in high-impact technology projects At Veriinfo, we seek a Scrum Master with experience leading agile software development teams and the ability to drive continuous improvement in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities Facilitate agile ceremonies: dailies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Support the team in adopting and continuously improving agile methodologies. Coordinate work among development, QA, and stakeholders. Manage impediments and risks affecting project delivery. Track releases and deployments. Promote best practices for collaboration and organization. Work alongside technical leaders and Product Owners to plan initiatives. Provide visibility into project status and dependencies. Drive improvements in development and testing processes. Requirements Prior experience as a Scrum Master in software projects. Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). Experience working with technical teams. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. General knowledge of Java, Node.js, React, APIs, and web applications. Leadership, facilitation, and coordination skills. Agile certifications (PSM, CSM or similar) are desirable. Intermediate or advanced English (desirable).
