Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to visually bring ideas to life by developing attractive and functional graphic assets, and supervising the work of junior designers. Key Highlights: 1. Development of static and animated graphic assets for campaigns. 2. Supervision and direction of junior designers. 3. Active participation in the creative process and Key Visual proposals. Senior Graphic Designer – Vena Agency At Vena Agency, we are looking for top talent to join our team as a Senior Graphic Designer. Your primary mission will be to visually express ideas by creating attractive, functional, and project-objective-aligned graphic assets. Additionally, you will support the supervision of junior designers’ work. **Responsibilities:** – Design all assigned graphic assets (static and animated) for campaign execution. – Supervise graphic assets created by junior designers. – Develop Key Visual (KV) proposals and actively participate in the creative process alongside the assigned copywriter as a creative duo. – Apply brand guidelines and adhere to visual standards. – Produce final artwork according to the agency’s established processes. – Collaborate with the creative team, demonstrating proactivity, organization, and strong craftsmanship. – Lead the team, justify design proposals, and make decisions. – Ensure proper organization and storage of the agency’s files. **Requirements:** – Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising. – Minimum 3 years of experience in this role or as a junior designer. – Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. – Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. – Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools is considered a plus. – University or technical degree in Graphic Design or related fields. – Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (2-hour lunch break). \-Apply by attaching your portfolio. **We Offer:** – Formal employment under MYPE payroll. – Excellent work environment. – Professional growth opportunities. – Corporate discounts.
