Job Summary: Responsible for executing and managing process improvements, eliminating waste, and designing automations to prevent operational, financial, and legal risks. Key Highlights: 1. Design of strategies for process improvement and automation. 2. Monitoring of action plans and design of KPIs for sustainability. 3. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** Execute and manage process improvements identified cross-functionally across the company to eliminate any waste or rework. Also responsible for performing operational control tasks to generate preventive alerts to business units, thereby avoiding the materialization of reputational, operational, financial, and legal risks; ultimately, design process automations within the area. Key Responsibilities: * Design process improvement strategies for business units and functional areas. * Design and monitor action plans associated with improvements. * Design KPIs to ensure executed improvements are sustainable and measurable. * Design, develop, and maintain digital transformation initiatives/implementations for the area. * Review tenders following the procedure established by the Operational Excellence unit. * Monitor the contract matrix of the company and its subsidiaries. * Provide support during the initial phase of operational reviews, in coordination with the Operational Excellence Leader. * Other duties as assigned. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Five (5) years of experience in similar positions. * Power BI\- Advanced * Power Automate \- Advanced * Bizagi * Lean Six Sigma certification * Intermediate English **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one * Health insurance (EPS) covered at 80% * Statutory life insurance * Ongoing training opportunities * Corporate partnership agreements.
