Ability to communicate with senior management and audit **Senior QA Leader (Technical)** At Synopsis, an IT company, we are looking for a Senior QA Leader to lead teams and ensure quality in financial and mission-critical environments. **Technical Requirements:** * Experience as Functional QA and Automated QA * Knowledge of mainframe architecture and systems: CICS, COBOL, JCL/Control\-M, VSAM (KSDS/ESDS), DB2, MQ * Integration experience: IBM API Connect, IBM App Connect Enterprise, MQ/HTTP flows * Cloud (mandatory): Azure: AKS, APIM, Key Vault, Redis, App Config, Azure DevOps; AWS: NLB, ACM, S3, CloudWatch * DevSecOps \& QA * Test automation: Playwright / Cypress, Karate / REST Assured, Postman / Newman, JMeter * Code security and quality: SonarQube, Fortify, Trivy, Checkov, secret management with Key Vault * Observability: Dynatrace and/or New Relic, OpenTelemetry, NRQL * CI/CD: YAML pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins **Candidate Profile:** * \+6 years of QA experience in financial or mission-critical environments * Experience leading large teams (15\+ people) * Ability to communicate with senior management, audit, and change committees * Focus on metrics, risk management, and continuous improvement **Working Conditions:** * Hybrid mode (1 day per week in the office) * Renewable contracts * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.9,000\.00 \- S/.10,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Indicate years of experience as QA Leader * Indicate years of experience as Automated QA * Indicate years of experience performing quality testing for integration: IBM API Connect, IBM App * Indicate years of experience performing quality testing for mainframe architecture and systems * Indicate availability to start work: 1 (Immediate) / 2 (1 week) / 3 (2 weeks) * Indicate salary expectation on payroll * Indicate years of experience as Functional QA Work Location: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
