Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Resident Engineer, Civil Engineer or Architect, with solid experience in managing and executing residential building construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise the execution of residential building construction projects. 2. Manage resources and control the physical and financial progress of the project. 3. Ensure quality and safety standards on site, coordinating teams. Site Resident Engineer – Civil Engineer / Architect A construction-sector company is seeking a Site Resident Engineer for a residential building project, with strong experience in construction management and execution. Requirements * Degree holder in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Licensed and registered with the relevant professional association. * Minimum of 8 years of post-licensure experience serving as a Site Resident Engineer on building construction projects. * Proven experience in residential building construction or similar projects. * Knowledge of: o Comprehensive construction site management. o Planning and schedule control. o Cost control and valuation. o Contractor and subcontractor management. o Construction regulations and on-site safety standards. * Proficiency in management tools and technical software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, or similar). * Leadership ability, decision-making capability, and team management skills. Main Responsibilities * Plan, direct, and supervise construction execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and the established schedule. * Manage human resources, materials, and equipment assigned to the project. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget. * Coordinate with supervision staff, designers, suppliers, and project management. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. * Prepare periodic progress and construction control reports.
