Provide first- and second-level technical support to users, ensuring efficient and customer-oriented service. Main Responsibilities: Provide remote and on-site technical support to users. Log and track incidents using the ticketing system. Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment. Provide support for operating systems and corporate tools. Diagnose and resolve technical issues. Requirements: Technical or university degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience in technical support or help desk roles. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365. Experience with ticketing tools (GLPI, ServiceNow, or similar). Familiarity with remote desktop tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer). Technical English. Additional Courses or Knowledge: Computer assembly and maintenance. Office productivity software.
