Lead and manage public projects and construction works, ensuring compliance with schedules, goals, and key milestones—from legal due diligence through to commissioning. Coordinate with your direct supervisor and support departments to ensure proper execution and handover of projects to operations. Monitor project progress and costs using tools such as Primavera or Project, preventing delays and controlling risks. Carry out assigned tasks, providing support to various departments as needed, and regularly reporting on progress. Ensure compliance with company policies on safety, health, environment, and applicable legal and voluntary regulations—including compliance, anti-bribery, and information security. Requirements Completed university degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related project management disciplines. Knowledge of construction contract administration, PMP certification, and public works procedures (Desirable). Advanced knowledge of construction management and specialized software for scheduling and schedule control. Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar positions.
