Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Civil Supervisor to lead technical field supervision for a parking and basement project, ensuring quality and safety in critical structures. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for technical field supervision regarding structural quality and safety. 2. Lead Pre-Construction, Construction, and Closeout phases. 3. Work on a flagship project adhering to ISO standards. At **DECHINI**, a Peruvian company with **25 years of experience** and certified under the **ISO tri-standard** (Quality, Safety, and Environment), we seek top talent to join our team of professionals. We are about to commence supervision services for the project **“Parking and Basements in San Isidro”**, and require a profile with strong technical judgment and commitment. **What will be your challenge?** As the **Senior Civil Supervisor**, you will serve as the technical field lead during the Pre\-Construction, Construction, and Closeout phases (total duration: 5 months). Your primary focus will be ensuring quality and safety in critical structures. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Licensed Civil Engineer. * **Specific experience:** Proven experience in **structural reinforcement** and supervision of **slabs** (solid, post-tensioned, and wearing course) in basement projects. * **Seniority:** Senior-level profile with capacity for technical decision-making based on PRYCO regulations. * **Software:** Proficiency in **AutoCAD LT (2D)** and **MS Project**. * **Digital Management:** Experience (or willingness to train) in using **Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)** for 24/7 document control. **Service Details:** * **Location:** San Isidro, Lima. * **Project Duration:** 5 months (planned start: **April 2026**). * **Commitment:** 100% (full-time on-site). * **Support:** Robust internal processes and state-of-the-art management tools. **Benefits:** * Provision of high-end equipment (laptop, mobile phone, digital tools). * SCTR and Life Insurance. * Opportunity to work on a flagship project adhering to ISO standards. **Ready for the next step?** If you meet the profile, please send your CV highlighting your experience in structural reinforcement and slabs.
