TODO CLIMA PERÚ S.A.C. is seeking an Operations Supervisor with experience in HVAC system installation to lead field projects and technical teams, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and established schedule standards.
Requirements:
* Licensed Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer.
* 4 to 5 years of experience in the HVAC sector.
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
* Knowledge of applicable HVAC regulations (ASHRAE, ISO, RITE, among others). Experience in air conditioning system installation, project management, and compliance with safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate daily HVAC equipment installation activities on site, ensuring proper task assignment to technical and operational staff. Supervise technical execution of installations, ensuring work complies with drawings, project specifications, work procedures, and current safety regulations.
* Verify on-site correct location and installation of HVAC equipment (VRF, rooftops, UMAs, fan coils, etc.), ensuring alignment with drawings and actual site conditions.
* Identify installation interferences or incompatibilities, propose necessary modifications, and coordinate their validation with the Engineering department and the client.
* Maintain direct and effective communication with the client, providing technical support, reporting progress, managing requests, and addressing observations during project execution.
* Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse departments to ensure timely availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for installation.
* Supervise adherence to the work schedule, monitoring progress, resources, and productivity, and promptly reporting any deviations or unforeseen events.
* Ensure assembly quality by verifying correct wiring, leveling, anchoring, alignment, and final finish of installed equipment.
* Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, guaranteeing staff have required PPE and permits for each task.
* Prepare daily or weekly site reports, including progress, incidents, photographs, and relevant observations for management and the client.
* Perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervision, oriented toward achieving project objectives.
