Conduct topographic surveys and construction layout. 2. Operate specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and drones. 3. At Playa Hermosa, we seek the best talent to take on the challenge as a Surveyor. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Surveying and Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in the position. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or data processing software (Topcon, Leica, Trimble, etc.). \- Availability to work at Playa Hermosa from Monday to Saturday, fulfilling the 48-hour workweek. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct topographic land surveys (measuring distances, angles, and elevations). * Operate specialized equipment such as total stations, differential GPS, automatic levels, and drones. * Prepare topographic drawings, contour maps, and georeferenced maps. * Verify property boundaries and land demarcations. * Perform on-site construction layout (exact positioning of centerlines, columns, foundations, roads, etc.). * Process survey data using specialized software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Topcon, Leica, etc.). * Monitor elevations and alignments during construction execution. * Prepare technical reports and measurement reports. * Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and construction supervisors. * Ensure measurement accuracy according to current technical standards. **Benefits:** \- Direct employment under MYPE payroll \- Salary S/3700 \- Meal allowance covered \- Accommodation (for candidates not from the area) \- Corporate discounts Salary: S/.3,500.00 \- S/.3,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
