Opportunity for professional growth and development We are looking for an **organized, proactive, and service-oriented Personal and Administrative Assistant** who can support administrative and personal activities, ensuring effective calendar management, follow-up on pending items, and task coordination. **Requirements** * Completed technical and/or university studies (graduates, bachelor's degree holders, or certified professionals) in Executive Secretariat, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Management Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in similar positions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Calendar, spreadsheets, and artificial intelligence). **Mandatory.** * Social media management skills. * High level of organization, order, and ability to handle confidential information. **Mandatory.** * Age between 20 and 35 years. **Responsibilities** * Provide administrative support to the General Management. * Manage and track documentation and sensitive information. * Manage the personal and work calendar of the General Management, coordinating meetings, activities, and commitments. * Answer telephone calls and emails, and conduct internal and external coordination. * Manage social media accounts and assist with administrative and personal procedures. * Conduct purchases, payments, and control of assets related to personal and corporate activities. * Create and maintain an updated database and contact directory for the General Management. * Prepare reports and assist in organizing administrative information. * Remain available during working hours to address personal and professional requests from the General Management. * Perform other duties assigned by the General Management. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Proactivity and initiative. * Effective communication. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Discretion and confidentiality. * Service orientation and attention to detail. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
