Job Summary: Handle warehouse operations, including reception, storage, dispatch, and inventory control, ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the space. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage product reception, storage, and dispatch. 2. Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure their control. 3. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, respecting designated locations. Receive, store, and dispatch products according to instructions from supervisors. Prepare orders and shipments with labeling compliant with internal or external requirements. Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and organized at all times, respecting the designated locations of stored items and products. Perform cyclical physical inventory counts for all products in the warehouse together with the assigned person. Review warehouse-related documents such as delivery guides, purchase orders, and inventories. Record movements in physical forms or inventory control systems. Assist in loading and unloading materials. Comply with safety, occupational health, and personal protective equipment (PPE) regulations. Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or incidents to the supervisor. Deliver samples to customers. Operate cutting and metalworking tools (Desirable).
