We are currently searching for top talent for the **Maintenance Scheduler** position. In this role, you will play a vital part in our success. If you are interested in this opportunity and wish to build a career with our company, we invite you to join our team! **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Manage and organize port equipment maintenance in cooperation with the Maintenance Planner and supervisors. * Coordinate with operations regarding equipment availability for delivery to maintenance. * Develop weekly preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, verifying and allocating all necessary resources for execution. * Issue work orders via ERP aligned with port equipment maintenance plans. * Monitor ongoing work according to the schedule defined with the Maintenance Supervisor. * Track work orders via the maintenance ERP system. * Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatching spare parts used in scheduled maintenance work. * Coordinate and monitor corrective actions requested through the inspection checklist performed by operations until closure. * Coordinate and monitor corrective actions reported in the safety report until closure. * Coordinate and monitor requirements for spare parts, equipment, and materials for work orders. * Prioritize backlog work. * Participate in cross-functional / departmental / corporate meetings and teleconferences for area work coordination. **What talent are we looking for?** * Graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. * 1 year of experience as a maintenance trainee or assistant, or related role. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Power BI (desirable).
