Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and proactive Interior Designer for residential design, commercial management, and on-site construction supervision, providing full-cycle client support from start to finish. End-to-end client support and on-site construction supervision We seek a passionate and proactive Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must not only be an exceptional creative professional in the residential field but also possess strong commercial and construction management skills, guiding clients throughout the entire process—from initial contact to key handover. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Design and Rendering:** Develop interior design proposals focused on high-standard residential areas, utilizing **V\-Ray** to achieve hyper-realistic finishes. * **Commercial Management:** Handle prospect phone calls to schedule technical site visits and effectively close sales during those visits. * **1-to-1 Client Support:** Deliver impeccable end-to-end client service (from conceptualization through final project delivery). * **On-Site Supervision:** Coordinate and maintain direct communication with the site foreman and technicians to ensure designs are executed with maximum quality and fidelity. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in residential design. * Advanced proficiency in modeling and rendering software (Mandatory: **V\-Ray**). * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles (contract closing). * Leadership and negotiation skills for collaboration with site foremen. Salary: Starting at S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
