Job Summary: We are seeking a creative communicator with experience in design, marketing, video editing, and photography to manage social media content and develop innovative campaigns. We aim to hire the best talent for the position of COMMUNICATOR WITH EXPERIENCE IN DESIGN, MARKETING, VIDEO EDITING, AND PHOTOGRAPHY FOR SOCIAL MEDIA. ▶ PROFILE: \- Technical or university graduate in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Community Manager, advertiser, or marketing coordinator. ▶ REQUIREMENTS: \- Proficiency in graphic design tools for social media. \- Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Adobe Dreamweaver), Google AdWords, and Analytics. \- Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.). \- Knowledge of photography and videography. \- Creative with strong visual communication skills. \- Availability to work in the Miraflores district (preference given to candidates residing in nearby districts). \- Ability to work effectively in a team. ▶ RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Manage content across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). \- Plan, develop, and execute campaigns. \- Write content (newsletters, articles, posts, etc.). \- Produce testimonial videos. \- Create graphic assets for publication on social media. \- Stay updated on industry trends and analyze market and competitor data. \- Contribute and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns. \- Other duties inherent to the position. ▶ WORK CONDITIONS: \- On-site, full-time employment. \- Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Sat: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm; Sundays and holidays off. \- SALARY: 1,800 soles per month. \- Payroll: MYPE. \- Pleasant work environment. \- Work location: Miraflores.
