Job Summary: Develop brands, achieve sales targets, analyze customer portfolios and pricing, and design provincial growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop assigned brands and achieve sales targets. 2. Design brand growth strategy for provincial markets. 3. Develop new products in the Peruvian market. **Job Description** ---------------------- Develop assigned brands and achieve sales targets in the areas under your responsibility. a) Achieve the sales level assigned by the KAM for each city. b) Conduct accounts receivable analysis. c) Analyze the customer portfolio and its development. d) Analyze pricing versus competitor products. e) Prepare monthly sales reports. f) Visit distributors in assigned territories. g) Develop distributor pricing strategy. h) Design brand growth strategy for provincial markets. i) Forecast purchases and sales for assigned brands. j) Manage commercial agreements with key customers. k) Develop new products in the Peruvian market. l) Perform any other tasks assigned by the Commercial Management, provided they are inherent to the role. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience in similar roles (6 months) * Knowledge of distributor management. * Availability to conduct field visits **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
