Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Graphic Designer to develop visual concepts, produce graphic assets, and maintain brand visual consistency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create visual concepts for advertising campaigns. 2. Develop and adapt graphic assets for various media. 3. Manage social media for content creation. **We are hiring! Los Girasoles **Requirements:** ✔ University degree or currently pursuing a Graphic Design program. ✔ 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer. ✔ Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. ✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. ✔ Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing: After Effects and Premiere. ✔ Social media management for content creation. ✔ Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills. ✔ Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn. ✔ Residency in La Molina or nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** Create visual concepts for advertising campaigns. Develop and adapt graphic assets for print, digital, and point-of-sale media. Create and adapt images, reels, and ads in vertical and horizontal formats. Maintain the brand’s graphic style and visual consistency. Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams. Conduct photographic and video reporting. Prepare visuals for proposals in various formats. Keep the portfolio updated. Update mechanical layouts of mobile units. Other duties assigned by supervisor. **Benefits:** Salary: S/ 1,500 \+ performance bonus. MYPE payroll from day one.
