Job Summary: Doctor Sol, part of a rapidly growing digital financial group, is seeking a Back Office professional to support the Collections team and participate in preparing reconciliation reports. We are currently at a critical juncture for our business and are looking for a Back Office professional to join our team. **Responsibilities:** · Perform reconciliations of payments made by customers. · Record and detail specific income items. · Validate payments on the platform. · Participate in preparing reconciliation reports, as well as documenting procedures and identified incidents. · Generate daily and periodic reporting for the Collections teams. · Provide operational support to the collections team. **Requirements:** · Minimum 6 months’ experience performing similar functions. · Technical or university studies, completed or in progress, in Administration, Accounting, Communications, Humanities, or related fields. All disciplines are welcome. · Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. · Competencies: Attention to detail, analytical ability, responsibility, confidentiality, and effective communication. · Availability to work in Lima (San Isidro), on-site. · Schedule: Monday to Saturday; Sunday off.
