Don’t miss this opportunity—join us! **Financial ERP Functional IT Analyst** **Responsibilities and Duties** Maintain operations, support, and continuous improvement of PeopleSoft Financials during the Oracle ERP project, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery to Finance departments and no disruption to critical processes such as monthly close, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets. * Provide N2/N3 functional support to PeopleSoft Financials users (GL, AP, AR, AM) * Resolve incidents and tickets related to financial processes * Perform minor parameterizations and configurations in PeopleSoft according to business requirements * Coordinate monthly close and financial batch processes * Document operational procedures and functional processes * Validate financial and regulatory reports (SUNAT, financial statements) * Support testing of PeopleSoft patches and upgrades * Coordinate with Finance users for minor enhancements and configuration changes * Manage user access and profiles within financial modules * Serve as backup for the functional team during absences **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum experience: 3–5 years in functional support of financial ERP systems * PeopleSoft Financials: MANDATORY — proven experience in GL, AP, AR, AM modules (minimum 2–3 years in production) * Spring (desirable) * Financial processes: Solid knowledge of general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and accounting close * Peruvian regulations: Experience with SUNAT reporting, electronic accounting books (PLE), and local accounting standards (MANDATORY) * PeopleSoft tools: PeopleSoft Query, PS/nVision, knowledge of navigation and configuration * Reporting: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas), Crystal Reports or BI Publisher (desirable) * Education sector: Experience in universities or educational institutions (highly desirable) KEY COMPETENCIES * Attention to detail in financial processes — critical accuracy in closings and reporting * Ability to independently resolve functional issues * Effective communication with non-technical business users (Finance, Accounting) * Service orientation and SLA compliance * Ability to work under pressure during monthly/annual closing periods * Proactivity in identifying and escalating issues before they impact the business * Process ownership mindset — accountability for financial system stability **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
