Position Summary: Provides support to the Manufacturing Department to develop, improve, and optimize production processes, assisting in the development of workflows, procedures, and data analysis. Support in manufacturing systems management **Date:** Mar. 24, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Provide support to the plant’s Manufacturing Department to develop, improve, and optimize production processes, assisting the production team in developing workflows, procedures, data analysis, report preparation, and monitoring technical variables as part of the SIGMA management system tools.**What will you do in this role?** * Prepare reports, analyze operational indicators and standards. * Conduct time studies to identify efficiencies at workstations. * Develop process diagrams to support control of various plant processes and serve as a basis for inventory management. * Collect information for various analyses related to SIGMA management tools (TPM, SMED, etc.). * Monitor process variables across different production lines. * Perform mass and energy balances of processes as part of operational control and inventory management support. * Track compliance with established procedures in Raw Material Management. * Propose operational improvements to optimize processes. **What do we need from you?** * Currently enrolled student in the 8th semester of Chemical Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge and proficiency. * Knowledge of Power BI (desirable). * Availability to work 30 hours per week in Ñaña.
