Job Summary: We are seeking a telecommunications professional to handle customer requests, perform network validations, and provide technical support, ensuring service quality. Key Highlights: 1. We have established ourselves as a leading company in the industry, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will include** * Handling customer requests for provisioning and/or support as required (OITs, Tickets, MOPs) * Performing network-level dismissals or validations using assigned PMs. * Providing on-call technical support for installations (OIT) and fault resolution (Ticket) * Registering services on the Orion platform upon customer request * Other duties assigned as needed **What We Are Looking For?** * **Education:** Technician or graduate in Telecommunications, Networks, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Certifications:** CCNA and/or completion of any of its modules (highly desirable) * **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience with firewalls, policies, HA redundancy links, troubleshooting, MPLS, and core-level configurations, among others * Knowledge of MPLS-based services (highly desirable) * Familiarity with ticketing platforms * ONT/OLT/MPLS configuration experience * Knowledge of Firewall/Cisco/Huawei (highly desirable) * Networking knowledge (dynamic, static routing, and route redistribution) \- Desirable * Availability to work Monday–Friday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (as required) **What We Value?** * Commitment to work quality * Teamwork * Flexibility and adaptability * Results orientation * Innovation and creativity **What We Offer?** * Full payroll registration (bonus payments, vacation benefits, CTS, ESSALUD health insurance, and Life Insurance per Law) * Company-certified training programs * Career path development * Access to corporate discount agreements
