Pleasant work environment and training opportunities **DESCRIPTION** CORPORACIÓN METAL FRIO SAC is looking for top talent to join our team as an Air Conditioning Technician / Assistant or Internship Candidate in the field of industrial refrigeration and air conditioning. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Technical training in air conditioning, refrigeration, or related fields. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions within this field. \- Experience in installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment. \- Experience with VRV and VRF systems. \- Availability to work on projects across various locations in Lima and provinces. \- Initiative, commitment, proactivity, drive for self-improvement, and results-oriented mindset. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Perform inspection, diagnosis, and maintenance of air conditioning equipment. \- Detect and repair refrigerant leaks; recover and recharge refrigerant gas; measure high- and low-side pressures; perform vacuum tests; identify mechanical and electrical faults in evaporators and condensers. \- Replace compressors and perform repairs; replace oil. \- Maintain air injectors, extractors, and air curtains. \- Complete technical reports, protocols, compliance documents, and other related forms. \- Install, and perform preventive, corrective maintenance and repair of various air conditioning units including floor-ceiling, wall-split, window, fan coil, VRV, VRF, and others. \- Electrical installations and controller programming, etc. \- Comply with company and/or client-established safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures and regulations. \- Provide operational support for related tasks assigned by the department head to achieve established objectives. **COMPETENCIES** \- Teamwork \- Proactivity \- Problem-solving \- Responsibility \- Effective communication \- Commitment **WE OFFER** \- Pleasant work environment \- Training opportunities \- Job stability Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
