We promote continuous learning and professional growth, providing you with the necessary tools to take on new challenges and consolidate a specialized profile in multimodal logistics. **Responsibilities** * Review and validate shipping documentation (pre\-alert), ensuring accurate data entry and consistency. * Monitor the documentary status of operations through the paperless system and verify compliance with applicable documentary requirements. * Review information contained in issued MBLs and HBLs, validating that they are correctly completed. * Resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, or corrections between HBLs and MBLs to prevent operational or customs contingencies. * Submit electronic cargo and HBL filings to Customs, as well as corresponding corrections or amendments. * Track MBL routing and handle routing requests according to company guidelines. * Record and control breakdowns issued by various freight forwarders. * Manage registration and submission of breakdowns to shipping lines, port agents, and maritime agents for the corresponding VoBo approval. **Requirements** * Technical or university bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and/or Foreign Trade. * Basic/intermediate English proficiency. * Solid knowledge of foreign trade documentation. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Additional Information** What we offer: * Meal allowance starting from the fourth month, with annual incremental increases per policy. * Access to a discount platform for education and leisure establishments. * Psychological counseling services and wellness programs. * Occupational medical monitoring. * Birthday leave day.
