Plant Operator - Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Responsible for the repair and maintenance of portable equipment, general facility maintenance, and ensuring workplace order and conditions. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in repair and maintenance of portable equipment. 2. Knowledge in plumbing, painting, and/or basic electricity. 3. Operational work with willingness and teamwork. Main Responsibilities: * Perform **repair and maintenance of portable equipment** (sanitary fixtures, sinks, showers, etc.). * Identify and resolve faults (leaks, valves, structural issues, etc.). * Carry out **general maintenance** (painting, basic plumbing, adjustments, and minor repairs). * Perform **cleaning, conditioning, and preparation of equipment**. * Conduct **plant cleaning and maintenance**, ensuring proper order and working conditions. * Verify equipment condition before dispatch to routes. * **Record and report staff entry and exit**, per company instructions. * Maintain order and proper arrangement of tools, materials, and equipment. * Comply with safety regulations and mandatory use of PPE. * Report any incident, damage, or irregular situation occurring at the plant. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Experience in **repair and maintenance of equipment** (sanitary fixtures, sinks, showers, or similar). * Basic knowledge in **plumbing, painting, and/or basic electricity**. * Experience in manual labor or general maintenance. * Responsible, punctual, and willing to perform operational tasks. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Availability to work on-site.
