Schedule interviews and validate candidate documentation Opportunity: We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant or Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and selecting candidates who meet our standards of excellence. What will be your main challenge? Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely vacancy coverage and submission of candidates aligned with technical requirements of mining projects—from job posting through to candidate selection. Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for project personnel. Conduct active sourcing via job boards. Maintain and update the candidate database. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Collect and verify that candidate documents comply with the client's established standards. Requirements: Prior experience in recruitment and selection (including operators—yellow and white collar profiles—as well as engineers). Knowledge of evaluation and selection techniques. Ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Benefits: Availability to work in San Luis. On-site schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:10 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:10 PM. Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment
