Must be at least 18 years old. 2\. Experience preferred but not required; positive attitude essential. 2\. Field sales experience (desirable). 3\. Strong willingness to serve customers and engage in sales. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Receive and keep updated pricing, promotional, and commercial condition information for the company’s products. 2\. Visit assigned areas daily, ensuring coverage and activation of scheduled points of sale. 3\. Achieve assigned daily targets (both overall sol amounts and per supplier), implementing strategies based on market and competitive conditions. 4\. Report location (GPS) as required by immediate supervisor. 5\. Execute and master the 7 steps of sales. 6\. Coordinate with the sales manager for timely delivery of merchandise to customers according to agreed dates. 7\. Report daily wearing the assigned uniform, adhering to hygiene standards and maintaining a professional image with customers. 8\. Always carry essential work tools (price list, catalog, mobile app). 9\. Attend morning and afternoon meetings punctually with the sales supervisor or immediate manager, providing relevant zone-related information. 10\. Report market observations, competitor activities, and customer needs to the supervisor to adjust commercial strategies. 11\. Know and comply with internal policies, procedures, and company regulations related to the role. 12\.
