Part of a growing industrial company **Architect – Commercial Projects** A company specializing in furniture design, manufacturing, and sales is looking for an **Architect** with experience in interior design, drafting, and 3D modeling to provide client consultation and develop customized proposals. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Architecture. * Minimum 1 year of experience in interior or commercial design projects. * Proficiency in tools: **AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion** (mandatory). * Knowledge of furniture design and component drawings is preferred. * Must reside in **Ate \- Santa Clara** or nearby areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Advise clients on interior design and furniture selection. * Develop customized design proposals. * Produce technical drawings, 3D surveys, and renders. * Design custom furniture and generate component drawings for production. * Support the presentation and justification of commercial projects. **Employment Conditions:** * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Competitive salary aligned with market standards. * Formal employment with statutory benefits. * Positive work environment and opportunity for growth. **Join a growing industrial company with a team committed to excellence and continuous development!** **Apply now and take your career to the next level.** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
