Transportation provided for client visits We are looking for a proactive administrative assistant for a fire extinguisher service and OSHMS consulting company, located in Villa El Salvador. Requirements: \- University or technical college students in their final semesters, majoring in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Strong writing and communication skills. Responsibilities: \- Manage and control client documentation. \- Issue delivery guides and administrative documents. \- Prepare documentation for tenders and quotations. \- Follow up with clients. \- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
