Coordinates quality inspections and identifies delays. **EXPEDITOR** =============== Company: CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) Location: Projects **Job Objective** ----------------------- To manage and facilitate the procurement logistics of supplies and materials required by projects through monitoring and expediting delivery, thereby efficiently fulfilling purchase requirements in accordance with established departmental procedures, contributing to the company's operational continuity and strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Coordinate with the logistics department for supplier pickup and delivery of supplies and materials purchases, in accordance with specifications stipulated in the purchase order. * Verify that purchases comply with specified requirements regarding quality, quantity, pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines as outlined in purchase orders. * Coordinate quality inspection visits for manufacturing purchase orders, based on the schedule confirmed by the supplier. * Proactively identify potential delivery delays for materials and supplies required by projects, develop action plans for possible deviations, and prevent purchase delivery failures. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Studies in Logistics Management, Customs/Importation. * Proficiency in SAP Hanna, Excel, and similar software. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role or similar positions. * Experience in industrial plant and mining projects. * Availability to work in Lima (Mon\-Fri). * Willingness to travel to project sites.
