Prevent delivery delays through action plans and coordination. **EXPEDITOR** =============== Company: CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) Location: Projects **Position Objective** ----------------------- Manage and coordinate procurement logistics for supplies and materials required by projects, through monitoring and expediting purchase deliveries, with the objective of efficiently fulfilling procurement requirements in accordance with established departmental procedures, thereby supporting operational continuity and the company's strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Coordinate with the logistics department for supplier pickup and delivery of supplies and materials purchases, in accordance with specifications stated in the purchase order. * Verify that purchases comply with specified requirements regarding quality, quantity, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedule as stipulated in purchase orders. * Coordinate quality inspection visits for manufactured goods purchase orders, according to the schedule confirmed by the Supplier. * Identify potential delivery delays for project-required materials and supplies at an early stage, develop action plans to address possible deviations, and prevent procurement delivery failures. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Studies in Logistics Management, Customs/Importation. * Proficiency in SAP HANA, Excel, and similar tools. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role or similar positions. * Experience in industrial plant and mining projects. * Availability to work in Lima (Mon\-Fri). * Willingness to travel to project sites.
