Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and analyze end-to-end process KPI dashboards and monitoring reports. * Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies, deviations, or trends that serve as input for improvement initiatives. * Actively support implementation plan execution, including tasks such as preparing functional tests (UAT), developing training materials, and tracking activities in detail. * Design and ensure the definition of insurance product processes, as well as define KPIs and metrics to measure process success. * Keep the process inventory (maps, flows) and regulatory documentation (manuals, guidelines) up to date. * Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of operational controls and ensure documentary traceability of changes. * Support preparation for governance committees and ceremonies by consolidating progress, risk, and impediment information across various area initiatives to facilitate decision-making. * Address and channel complex operational queries or incidents from channels or support areas, serving as the point of contact for resolving issues related to insurance process operations. * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and promote continuous role improvement.
