Pleasant working environment **Qummar Agropecuaria**, a balanced animal feed company, is seeking a **Production Manager** responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the proper execution of production activities, guaranteeing achievement of production targets and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate daily production activities. * Supervise the balanced feed manufacturing process. * Verify compliance with the production schedule and established timelines. * Coordinate with the Warehouse department regarding availability of raw materials and supplies. * Supervise operational staff and assign tasks according to production needs. * Control proper usage of raw materials and minimize waste. * Verify compliance with quality standards throughout the production process. * Supervise the proper functioning of equipment and machinery, promptly reporting any incidents. * Maintain daily production records and prepare performance reports. * Identify production issues and propose improvement actions. * Coordinate with Commercial, Warehouse, and Administration departments to ensure operational continuity. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Food Science, Animal Science, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in production, supervision, or similar roles**. * Experience in balanced animal feed companies or related industries. * Knowledge of production processes and production control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Immediate availability to work in **Sunampe \- Chincha**. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. * Professional growth opportunity. * Being part of a growing company. * Pleasant working environment. **If you meet the profile and are seeking a new professional challenge, apply now and join Qummar Agropecuaria.** **If you meet the profile, we invite you to apply and become part of Qummar Agropecuaria.** **Send your CV to 938 640 911** Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
