REQUIREMENTS: 1\. Bachelor's degree or Licentiate in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Work, Administration, or related fields. 2\. Specialization or diploma in Human Resources. 3\. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruitment and Selection Assistant in metal-mechanical, food, or industrial companies (preferred). 4\. Knowledge of current labor legislation. 5\. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. 6\. Knowledge of process-based management and job profile development. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Ensure strict compliance with current labor legislation to prevent labor contingencies for the organization. 2\. Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
