Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Commercial Support Assistant to support administrative and commercial operations for fire protection and automation systems. Opportunity for professional development in the security and automation sector A company specializing in Fire Protection Systems and Automation is looking for a **COMMERCIAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT**. **Requirements:** * University or technical graduate in Administration or related field. * Proficiency in operating systems. * Ability to work effectively in teams with a results-driven mindset focused on sales targets. * Proactive attitude. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Minimum work experience of 3 to 6 months in customer service and/or sales. * Preparation of quotations and service reports for clients. * Availability to work in Surco (Monterrico) from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the Commercial Coordinator and executives with assigned administrative tasks. * Update the customer database. * Track purchase orders and services provided to customers. * Request product and service completion confirmations. * Send and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys. * Prepare and track OTIs (Work Order Requests). * Notify customers of scheduled maintenance services. * Submit necessary documentation for invoicing. * Submit performance reports to immediate supervisor. * Ensure timely submission of reports. * Comply with company-established policies, procedures, and other duties related to the position. **Salary**: PEN 1,130 to PEN 1,300, negotiable based on experience.
