We offer you the opportunity to join a dynamic, stable work environment with a **structured career path** that rewards your performance and enables professional growth within our corporation. **Job Mission:** Deliver an exceptional and solution-oriented service experience, ensuring accuracy in registration, invoicing, and tracking of every shipment, thereby establishing yourself as the most trusted link between our logistics operations and our customers. **Job Profile:** * **Academic Qualification:** Technical degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in customer service, cashier, or in-person sales. * **Technical Knowledge:** Fast typing, POS operation, electronic invoicing, and basic Office software. * **Key Competencies:** High empathy, patience, excellent verbal communication, orderliness, and ability to work under pressure. **Job Responsibilities:** * Receive shipments, weigh them, and accurately register sender and recipient data in the system. * Issue receipts, invoices, and shipping guides. * Collect service payments, manage petty cash, and reconcile daily cash reports. * Answer incoming phone calls and address inquiries regarding shipment status. **Employment Conditions:** * **Location:** Arequipa. * **Salary:** S/ 1,200.00 to S/ 1,500.00 monthly (subject to evaluation). * **Career path.** Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
