REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate technician in Electricity, Electrotechnology, Mechatronic Maintenance, or Maintenance Mechanics. * 1–2 years of experience as a technician in machine rooms. * Valid certification in Steam Boiler and Pressure Vessel Operation and Safety (desirable) **II. RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor, calibrate, and record parameters of the automated pool dosing system to ensure optimal chlorine and pH levels. * Perform daily startup, purging, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of boilers to ensure continuous hot water supply to showers and changing rooms. * Diagnose and repair faults in the site’s electrical infrastructure (distribution panels, power contactors, thermal relays, lighting fixtures, and outlets). * Inspect and perform minor preventive maintenance on electric pumps, pressure systems, and three-phase motors located in machine rooms. * Ensure strict adherence to the scheduled Machine Room Activities Plan. **III.
